MY DAILY DECISION

Through prayer and having an unshakable feeling, My Daily Decision was born. Join in, follow along and be inspired with all who share why today God is and always will be,
My Daily Decision.

When thinking of My Daily Decision, we wanted the logo to have a true meaning behind it. The Cross is more than just a symbol, it is a reminder that Jesus died for us...he was nailed to the cross with three nails and we wanted the nails to represent God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit going through the heart of the cross, which would make it the center of our life. We only have one nail coming out the back, to represent there is only ONE true God, even when God comes in three parts. So if you give your heart to God, make God the center of your life and wake up each morning ready to live for God, then what a wonderful life it will be making God, My Daily Decision.

About the Bible Verse

John 2:13-25
13 When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. 15 So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. 16 To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!” 17 His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for your house will consume me.”[a]
18 The Jews then responded to him, “What sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?”
19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”
20 They replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” 21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body. 22 After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.
23 Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival, many people saw the signs he was performing and believed in his name.[b] 24 But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people. 25 He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person.

In our daily lives, we are faced with so many worldly "things", we need to remember to flip the tables holding those "things" over when they start to pull us from God. Seek them out, write them down and take them head on just as Jesus drove out those who were trying to dishonor the temple, our body is our temple and we have to drive out all things dishonoring our relationship with God.

Understanding what is keeping us growing closer to God, lean in on those and be intentional with praying, reading our Bible, going to Youth Group, Church, Bible Study or Small Group, making that your Daily Decision to keep God first and foremost always.
